Founded by Clay Guest, Southwestern Land and Title has grown to have multiple locations, including Midlothian and Forney. An under graduate of Texas Tech University and graduate of Dallas Baptist University, Clay Guest has spent his career building relationships, analyzing data, and managing brands to increase overall GDP for his clients. He brought his unique set of skills to Southwestern Land and Title where he helps buyers and sellers receive quality service in a timely manner. 

The goal of Southwestern Land and Title is to provide quality service as efficiently as possible, all the while making your buying or selling dreams a reality. We provide timely updates and work diligently to ensure that your closing goes as smoothly as possible.
